Privacy Policy
HeadshotRank is a plain static site. It has no sign-ups, uploads, forms or comments, and we never ask you for photos or personal details.
Analytics we load
None. As of 2026-10-18, no analytics or tracking code runs on HeadshotRank. That means no Google Analytics, Matomo, Cloudflare Web Analytics, advertising pixels, embedded social media or externally hosted fonts or scripts. We set no cookies. Before adding any analytics tool, we’ll describe it here.
Hosting and Cloudflare
Cloudflare delivers and protects this site. To serve each page, it handles request data such as your IP address, the URL, your user agent and a timestamp. If it suspects automated traffic, it may set a strictly necessary security cookie. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Our own web server also writes standard access logs (IP address, time, URL, referrer and user agent), which we use only for security and fixing problems. We don’t sell or share them.
Links to other sites
Links to headshot tools and sources take you to other websites, which have their own privacy policies. Our HeadshotPro, Aragon and Dreamwave links are affiliate links with a referral code in the URL, so each of those companies can tell you came from us, and may record that on its own site. Before you upload a face photo anywhere, read that tool’s retention terms; our reviews summarize them.
